Hi, I'm Shay Bradham and I help Moms who are feeling burnt out and unfulfilled to work through their Mom Guilt (because I find that Mom Guilt holds a lot of moms back from doing what will make them happy and fulfilled).
You've probably tried New Years Resolutions and self-help books and they didn't work because you didn't go to the root of the issue: Mom Guilt. Once you ditch that, you're free to move on. You already probably tried radical changes to change your life quickly, but those don't last because it's much easier to make small, sustainable changes (The Kaizen Philosophy.)
I know how hard it can be. Five years ago, I hit rock bottom. I was stuck. Miserable. Unfulfilled. I was a single mom of three and wasn't anywhere near where I wanted to be. I had tried reading books and psyching myself up to make changes, but nothing really worked until I realized that Mom Guilt was holding me back. Basically, because I felt guilt over my past life decisions, I couldn't move forward. I was in that cycle for a long time, and I couldn't take it anymore. Something had to change, because I hated my life.
I found a simple way to face my Mom Guilt, work through it, and then ditch it. I've helped others, too. Once the guilt was gone, then I began to make small, sustainable changes to design a life I love. (#KaizenForLife is the philosophy of making small changes that produce amazing results.)

In the past five years I have nearly tripled my income, moved into a new career path, and I am working towards finishing a degree in Psychology. Now that I have been on this journey, I am realizing that there are moms just like me. Maybe they hadn't followed the exact path, but they feel stuck and miserable and have the crushing weight of Mom Guilt holding them back.
